About Courtney

Courtney Rozier is the founder of The TC Playbook. She helps aspiring Transaction Coordinators launch and grow their own WFA (Work From Anywhere) business from scratch.
After feeling trapped by the inflexibility of corporate America, Courtney decided to dive into the world of real estate. As a mom and wife, she longed for meaningful work, with no glass ceilings or politics that would allow her to be more available to her children.
It didn't take long to realize that being successful in real estate meant even MORE hours away from home! Although she loved every aspect of real estate, Courtney knew she needed to realign her business with her original purpose.
In 2018, Courtney started her own TC business and was able to almost double the salary from her full-time corporate job after just 1 year, from the comfort of her home!
Her virtual TC business has afforded her the ability to not only be more available to her family, but to also take long vacations without concerns about PTO, purchase a dream home, and so much more than can't be quantified!
